ComDiab – Sutherland Shire

ComDiab is a community diabetes education program delivered by trained facilitators to people with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.  The interactive program cover the foundations of understanding diabetes and how it is managed, including blood glucose levels, diabetes complications, healthy eating, exercise and making healthy lifestyle changes.
