Mango and Strawberry kebabs with lime and honey
Fruit kebabs are a fun way to enjoy delicious fruit all year round.
- 3-4 mangoes cut into chunks
- 2 punnets strawberries washed
- 1tsp honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- Mint leaves to garnish
Thread the mango chunks, strawberries and mint onto skewers. Arrange onto serving plates. Mix the honey and lime juice together and pour over the kebabs. Enjoy!
