Ricotta Cheese and Tomato on Toast


2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted

2 large tomatoes

2 tbsp of ricotta cheese

Cracked pepper


  1. Slice tomatoes.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese on toast.
  3. Add tomato slices and cracked pepper.
