Ricotta Cheese and Tomato on Toast

2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted
2 large tomatoes
2 tbsp of ricotta cheese
- Slice tomatoes.
- Spread ricotta cheese on toast.
- Add tomato slices and cracked pepper.
