Not too sure about what makes a healthy meal? This session will help you understand nutrition so you’ll be able to choose and prepare a balanced meal that can be flexible and sustainable. With helpful tips in drinking and mindful eating, you’ll gain the confidence to be healthier and happier.
You will receive information about:
- Basic building blocks for balanced and nourishing meals
- What to drink with meals
- Mindful eating skills to help manage portion sizes and food cravings
For people with all types of diabetes.
