Stretching matters: When, why and how
This webinar is for people living with all types of diabetes.
Could you benefit from stretching? Regular stretching is a great addition to your aerobic and strength training and helps increase mobility around your joints. During this webinar we will discuss different types of stretching and provide tips on how to stretch safely and effectively.
Our diabetes education webinars are presented live via the Zoom platform by one of our health professionals. The webinar consists of a short presentation, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
Registrations are essential. We recommend you join the webinar using a computer or tablet device so you can easily view the presentation slides. A Zoom link and instructions will be emailed to you the day before the webinar, so please make sure your email address is up to date when registering.
