Ways to give

It’s thanks to the generosity of our donors that we can be here to support people living with diabetes every step of the way. However you choose to give, your gift will be used to challenge public perceptions about diabetes, deliver services to help people living with the condition and fund vital research for better treatments, support programs and a possible future cure.

There are several ways you can help.

Make a donation now

You can donate now using our online donation form, or by phoning our Helpline on 1300 342 238. If you prefer you can send a cheque or money order made out to Diabetes NSW & ACT to:

Become a regular giver

Join our group of committed individuals who make regular donations as part of our Good Life Alliance.

Becoming part of the Good Life Alliance is easy because your regular monthly donations will be deducted automatically from your credit card or bank account. You can make changes to the amount or timing of your gifts at any time, and we’ll send you a tax receipt at the end of the year.

You can sign up for a regular donation now using our online form, or by phoning our Helpline on 1300 342 238.

Give through your employer

If you are in full- or part-time employment you can make regular donations via direct debit from the pre-tax pay you receive from your employer. This is known as payroll or workplace giving.

It’s easy and free to become a workplace giver, and it’s a safe and hassle-free way to donate as the gift comes straight from your salary.

Pre-tax donations can lower your taxable income (although this will depend on your individual circumstances). What’s more, some employers will match your donations, which means you’ll be helping even more people living with or at risk of diabetes.

To start workplace giving today download, complete and return our form and talk to your employer. If you’re an employer, check out our workplace giving page.
