Dietitian Notes / Recipe Tips

Lentils absorb flavour and are a fantastic way to boost your soluble fibre intake. Soluble fibre helps to lower our total cholesterol and reduces our risk of heart disease. When cooking other dishes why not reduce the amount of meat and replace it with lentils or another type of legume?
