
Apple and raspberry crumble
This simple apple and raspberry crumble recipe is a healthy dessert to keep you warm at night. Serve with custard as a creamy addition.
Ingredients
800g can apples, chopped
1 cup frozen raspberries
4 Sanitarium Weet-bix, lightly crushed
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
Method
- Combine apples and berries and place in a casserole dish.
- Combine crumble ingredients and sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake in a moderate oven 180C, for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve immediately with custard.
