Apricot and Almond Smoothie

2 cups Sanitarium So Good soymilk

8 fresh apricots, seeds removed

2 tablespoons almond meal

1 tablespoon wheat germ

1 tablespoon honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.

Dietitian Notes / Recipe Tips

Apricots are a great source of vitamin C, beta carotene and fibre. Canned apricots can replace fresh apricots when they are not in season, just be sure to choose those canned in natural juices not syrup.
