This high fibre smoothie is packed full of whole fruit and is great as a mid-afternoon hunger buster as well as a satisfying thirst quencher. Frozen berries and rolled oats bring a satisfying creamy texture to this nutritious drink.

250g frozen mixed berries

1 banana

2 cups So Good Almond Coconut Milk

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 cup crushed ice

1 tablespoon linseed meal


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
