5 Sanitarium Weet-Bix

250g packet gingernut biscuits

1/2 cup chopped crystallised ginger

1/2 cup chopped Sanitarium Fancy Large Dried Apricots

1/2 cup sultanas

395g can sweetened condensed milk

2/3 cup coconut


  1. Lightly crush Weet-Bix and gingernut biscuits with a rolling pin.
  2. Place all ingredients, except coconut into a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 35 balls and toss in coconut.
