Cut avocadoa and bowl of guacamole


This serves a whole lot of people – more people = more vegies. There’s such little carbohydrate and so much healthy fibre, vitamins and a little unsaturated fat I’m not even going to worry about the nutrition analysis. Enjoy!

Nutrition per serve



Mash up a peeled and pitted ripe avocado with some lemon juice and a little ground pepper. Serve with chopped veggie sticks – carrots, celery, beans, snow peas, capsicum, radishes, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
