Ingredients
3-4 mangoes cut into chunks
2 punnets strawberries washed
1 teaspoon honey
Juice of 1 lime
Mint leaves to garnish
Method
- Thread the mango chunks, strawberries and mint onto skewers.
- Arrange onto serving plates.
- Mix the honey and lime juice together and pour over the kebabs. Enjoy!
