Ingredients
1 1/2 cups low fat milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup SPLENDA® Granular
3 teaspoons cornflour
Method
- Heat milk until nearly boiling.
- Beat egg yolks and SPLENDA® Granular together in a bowl.
- Add cornflour, then milk.
- Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
