Ingredients

  • 1 litre fat reduced milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon rose water (optional)
  • sprinkle desiccated coconut (optional)

Method

  1. Combine milk, cornstarch, rose water, vanilla and beat with a whisk over medium heat. Bring to boil and keeping stirring until mixture thickens and becomes creamy
  2. Serve in hot mugs with a sprinkle of cinnamon, coconut and nuts to garnish
