Ingredients
- 1 litre fat reduced milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon rose water (optional)
- sprinkle desiccated coconut (optional)
Method
- Combine milk, cornstarch, rose water, vanilla and beat with a whisk over medium heat. Bring to boil and keeping stirring until mixture thickens and becomes creamy
- Serve in hot mugs with a sprinkle of cinnamon, coconut and nuts to garnish
