Walnut and Raisin Drops

3/4 cup (75g) raw walnuts

1/4 cup (25g) raw cacao powder

1 cup (165g) raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until fine and sticky.
  2. Using a teaspoon, shape into balls.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Walnuts and other unsalted nuts have numerous heart health benefits, but take care not to overindulge! Nuts are high in kilojoules and when eaten in excess can lead to weight gain, so remember to limit your intake to no more than 30-40g per day.
