BEAT IT – Kiama
Apr 26 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
BEAT IT is an 8 week exercise program delivered in a supportive group environment by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. An individualised exercise program is designed for each participant.
“Most participants have either never exercised before, or are looking at getting back into a healthy routine” says DNSW AEP Ashley Baveas. “Being in a supportive environment is key to success- and everyone is just so friendly”.
Feedback from participants agree. Some have said the program has been “life changing”, and that “exercise is now just a part of their day, kind of like showering”.
|Program starts:||Wednesday 26 April 2017|
|Duration:||Two 1 hour sessions per week for 8 weeks|
|When:||Wednesdays and Fridays 9am|
|Where:||Anytime Fitness, 3/3 Brown St, Kiama|
